In the theory of medical science, at its foundation, the idea is that the brain just magically comes alive and decides “You know what? When I used to see people in the homeless facility I worked at as well as on the streets in the surrounding areas, screaming at themselves “Go Away”, “Leave me Alone”… I personally just thought that these were people that have been kicked down one too many times and had just decided to give up on life all together.
